		<description>To use make sounds-install you must be in the directory where you untar-gzed the tarball, otherwise it won&#039;t work.

Btw, there are also 48 KHz sounds files, for which you can do make cd-sounds-install instead of sounds-install and cd-moh-install</description>

The sound files are structured in the 8000 and 16000 so if you try to play
/tmp/foo.wav it will try to find the file in the appropriate speed first.

/tmp/8000/foo.wav or /tmp/16000/foo.wav etc...

If that fails then it will open regular /tmp/foo.wav</description>
